Help ID mid century lamp

    Had this lamp for awhile that I found at my local thrift. Lucky it wasn't brought into the store yet. I couldn't find one similar to it doing a search. I assume it might of been sold in a department or furniture store in the 60s? Thank you for any info!

    How thoughtful of the manufacturer to date its product! Yes, furniture store, department store or even a hardware store as some sold furnishings. Wasn't expensive in its time or for those of sophisticated taste.
