Your piece looks like it might be cracked?

You mean the dark branched lines on second picture, right? I thought that might be a crack too.

    There are some hairline cracks.

There is always the problem with cloisonné or similar techniques, the price is so high because they are only a few pieces totally intact, and it's not possible to repair, just to make a consmetic conservation operation.

It may be expensive but not impossible to repair. I guess you can use epoxies, sealants and other materials to do that.Matching colors could be a chalange but professionals probably can do that as well.

This is not a repair, just a conservative or cosmetic operation, a repair is the way used to restore the condition in his precedent state(before broken here), then you cannot technically speaking repair ceramic, glass, but you can repair metal and in certain mesure wood for example, those operations are described in museum and conservative documents like ICOM.
And please, never use epoxy, this is made for boat construction, not for use on works of art, epoxy is not reversible and can make staining after only a few months when not well mixed in right quantities, paraloid is one of the best resins for cosmetic on glass, doesn't change in color through decades, this is the most common.
