Anyone recognize this logo? More homefront than Military

    It's some sort of lapel or hat badge. It almost has to be WWII, but I'm betting it's homefront instead of military. It seems to be brass so it might be even older. It has two wings, a GT in the center, and a USA flag-derived design at the bottom. The GT is flanked by what looks like two Cs. No marks on the back and the metal seems like brass.

    Sure looks like it! Polish troopers in post-WWII Occupied Germany. Now that's an oddball. No wonder I've never seen it before. It does explain it turning up here in CT; there are lots of Polish immigrants in the central part.

    Can't see the sale price on Worthpoint. Mine looks a little different than theirs though; it's hollow brass and doesn't have a number on the back. It may be a bit older when brass was harder to get.
