Featured Southwestern? Real Turquoise?

This tested positive for sterling, it is unmarked. I'm trying to figure out what the stones are, turquoise colored but not like the turquoise I have seen. TIA!

 

It might be Mexican, but it's not Southwestern. The stone could be turquoise; I've seen stones like that before.

I wouldn't call this filigree. Bent wire I think. Hopefully someone will confirm this.

If it were Mexican, I think it would be marked Mexico

natural turquoise actually have many colour and pattern,but imho your turquoise looks like synthetic because the pattern looks suspicious

 

You should show a photo of the back. The design is more Middle Eastern/Indian than Native American or Mexican.
