Who is the artist? Paper cut Cranes II

Can someone please identify the Artist? Art shows 101/300
A paper cut art maybe? The frame is very old and worn.

 

A picture of the entire piece would be helpful.

 

If you could please help me on how to make the picture smaller. Every time I try to upload the picture it says the file is too large. The only reason I got the signature on with because I took it off the picture. Is there a trick to making the picture the right size to upload?

Are the crane silhouettes 'cut-outs'? I am absolutely no good at trying to decipher bad signatures, hopefully someone else can make sense of it.

It looks more like a pressed paper. The cranes are ‘raised’ and the wings seem to have press marks in them to give them depth. I cannot open the back to look any more at it because the back is stapled shut.
