Antique National Register

Given it is rare, what would be the type of value on this object given it would need restoration, thanks!

    The serial number dates it to 1929/1930 (so not an antique yet), the "E" behind the model number tells that it has an electric motor.

    Yours looks in pretty tough shape and electric models aren't be as collectible as older models.
