omg omg she's DIVINE I LOVE HER
I can't really see but she could be a Marilyn...does she have holes for lashes, or not Mrs. B? Her hair shade is usually seen on a Marilyn but Pedigree did weird things. OH GOD I LOVE HER...Marilyn's are very desirable xx

OR she could be the 1969/70 Centre Part Weekenders Revival. If you take a nudey pic and face pic straight on I'll be able to tell which one. Both are great sellers xxx

Are those lash holes, My Mrs.B? That white stuff's making it hard to see...
( did I say I LOVE her!!) she's a 1960s doll , the hair looks like Marilyn hair but looks like I can see holes. This is a Marilyn (Images from pinterest SSPPIT Hate pinterest

Mariyns ( above) don't have lashes and they have a nice complexion like yours xxx They have red lips, like yours too. I think yours is a Marilyn

Sideparts (below ) do have lashes. If she has a Centrepart she's the same but bit later ( 1969) but CP's have weird faces a lot of the time and yours doesn't.
    This is Pinterest too)

Dunno wtf is up with these pics today :O
Meant to add fingers missing is normal. It drives me mad but it's considered a part of their age. Some people make new ones out of fimo or similar but I don't,I think it looks silly, and they break off if you look at 'em. Young children are sometimes savages and they just didn't care about the fingers in their haste to change outfits.
Yours is wearing Weekenders, Mrs. B,I meant to say ( apologise if you know all this,I am so cited to see your beauty it's made me go ALL FUNNY again) and looks to me like the original Weekenders. Weekenders was revived in late '68- 1970 ish and can be hard to tell the difference. Yours I am sure is your girls original outfit. To ME she looks like a Marilyn ( just the possible lash holes giving me pause) and that's her original outfit.
    What an amazing find.

Was given this porthole by a collector of maritime items. It is supposedly (or so the old man believes) from a well known and historic shipwreck along our coast (yes yes,I know know... of course it is) Anyway the wreck lays less than 100m off the shoreline in shallow water and a section of it is still clearly visible during low tide. I know the sad story of this ship very well. I also know that the wreck was also immediately and heavy looted and scavenged (because of the position) The wreck is now a known dive site and as a diver myself,I still want to go see 010FB0C6-EC10-4823-8108-E07660BB2731.jpeg 54FA0B60-0BFB-4050-BF7F-AD40255B2AD9.jpeg

@BoudiccaJones - I can't see lash holes, but I'll squint again. I knew it was Weekenders, I had that very outfit!

1)Large vintage brandy style glass vase with clear stem. Beautiful from Italy. Thinking Empoli? (27cm tall) Job-lot buy
2)Nice jug- Austria. Paid just under the equivalent of 3$
    3) Little candle holder. Love this. I have never seen one like this before.Looks like it was “pieced” together/homemade.
    4) 1970’s Marquetry wall art. In lay of Christ. Paid less than 1$.

Your brandy type vase is indeed Empoli and the wall art is Sorrento Ware.

The brandy glass sure is - total rec room bar decor. I wouldn't know Empoli if it bit me, but that's straight out of my childhood.

These aren't antiques of course but I'm excited to have gotten them.

The first is an argillite eagle carving by Jeannette Gagnon, and the second is a copper by Carmen Goertzen.

    Now, gotta find room......
