I have this mass-manufactured Northwind pressed-back ash and oak rocker, c.1900, currently in a state of procrastination. There is also a matching Northwind face side chair with a machine-caned seat. On the rocker bottom (only) is the remnant of a paper maker's label. it is shattering so I dare not even brush it clean. All I can make out is " ---erby " I've tried cross-referencing the usual suspects; NY or Grand Rapids makers, but nothing is matching up. Fresh eyes, please?
Thank you! devil mail.jpg devil mail2.jpg

Can't quickly find another matching example of the same label from P Derby. They did use more than one style of lettering/logo.
