Does anyone know anything about this wood desk?

I was told it belonged to my great grandmother, who was a wealthy socialite in the Oakland/Berkeley/San Francisco area. She was born in 1895 and passed in 1979, residing in the Bay Area her entire life. She graduated from University of California at Berkeley in 1919 and married my great grandfather in 1920. She was well-traveled and well-connected but I know nothing about this desk. Does anyone know time period or where it may have been made?

    Thank you! IMG_9936.jpg

I'd guess 20th century, american. It's a serpentine slant lid desk with chippendale brass pulls & classical/empire paw feet.

Doubt this is earlier than the 30s and possibly much later. Nice quality and would think it should be marked.

I was thinking 30s as well, but thinking it should have been darker.
Wondering if it has been refinished at some point.

Have essentially the same desk. 1930’s is a good estimate.
