Trying to identify the symbols, I think it is 56 gold (14k) and a Moscow St.Peter on a horse. Any input would be appreciated.

It’s hard to make that any bigger and have it be legible

Oops, sorry - thought you meant the item was a horse. Can we see the whole item the mark is on?

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

To ME, that looks like a $6 and then the figure on a horse.........with 1M to the left of it......but there are others here can better tell you just what those marks MEAN! Not I!!!

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

From what I can tell, I think your interpretation could be correct. I am not familiar with gold marks, but think the other part would be the initials of the goldsmith?

Russia. Gold 56 standard before 1927. In 1897, the number 56 was convex, after being depressed.

Looks right! Where can I find this online? And is there anyway to tell the town or date based on the stamp? Thanks in advance.

Is the stone a tourmaline or an emerald?

It looks like an emerald with two aging pearls that are losing their lucre (right word?). But any help identifying the center stone would be great.

Maybe they're grubby & you thought of 'filthy lucre', but the word you wanted is 'nacre'. My first reaction was a tourmaline based on color.

The ring is Russian, so it could be a demantoid garnet.
