Watercolor Signature

Picked this up at a local estate sale. Can't seem to find much on the artist if I am reading it right/ P.H. Tihan?

 

I can't find anything, which surprised me because I think the painting is very nicely done.

Is the brownish yellow area a stain? The edges seems awfully regular to me to be part of the painting.

 

Yeah I think the center has a stain.

The 2 L's may be an H.

 

There's a Tihari Village in India, but it doesn't seem to be on a body of water. I was thinking perhaps the artist's initials are "P. H." and the rest was the location.

 

That could be! Thanks Pat P. Now I need to go thru askart and Look at the H artists.
