    I'm afraid that base is pretty typical of modern Asian/Chinese pieces. Decoration is certainly Chinese.

It was no money at all,I just found it interesting.Looks like it’s maybe a little stoneware vessel or bottle with the cork stopper missing? Or what?

    Not sure what you call them but appears to be a drafting table system for sliding rules (keeps them aligned as you move them).
