Sweet little saucer

    I thought this was a sweet little saucer and for $1 I just couldn’t leave it behind.

    It looks hand painted and has no marking on back.

    I think it is hand painted over a printed pattern. The incised marks are typical of French manufacture. Pretty item.

    Any thoughts on when it might have been made?

    My best guess is early twentieth century
