Featured Carved reindeer horn tobacco pipe?

Hi all,I have been doing some research to find out. It appears to be a carved reindeer horn tobacco pipe .Decorated with reindeers and patterns. Norwegian in origin.The example I found online was dated 1880-1900. But is this just a copy/replica? Looks very old but not much used. The bowl is 6cm (2,3inches) wide and the total length of the pipe is 22cm (8,6inches) Please let me know what you think? Thanks

It looks unused............no staining in the orifices.....

 

It says Lapp style, translated to the more acceptable term that is Saami style.
I think they are still making them.

 

Many thanks for the confirmation. I would think the age would be difficult to determine. That information I found did say Lapp style. So that makes perfect sense.
