It's not 1920's mass produced. Mass-machine-produced furniture is plain with no fancy decorations on it. My Bing image search engine hasn't found one elaborate piece of '1920s furniture'. This is about the fanciest early twentieth dresser I could find:

The form is called a "chest on chest",

Your Bing image search engine clearly hasn't looked in my study.;) Although I must admit, I have a stack of paintings covering part of the front, that could confuse any image search.

The Chest on Chest form was popular in the second half 18th century in GB & USA. Some of the period examples are quite massive requiring a step ladder to reach the top drawers.
Your chest on chest as others have noted is likely 1st quarter 20th century, machine, factory-built.
Agrees with others that $150 is overly generous, however, it's one great advantage collectors have, price almost doesn't matter as you are keeping it rather than trying to sell.

This is circa 1920's - American and could be from Grand Rapids. Not sure who stated that the top didn't match the bottom but it most certainly is not a marriage and you only need to look at the wood and the 'veneer' to see that this chest on chest is correct. Some don't care for 'Depression Era'American furniture but it is now about 100 years ago and considered 'antique'. I like it!

I would check to see whether or not all of the attached ornamentation is really wood or saw-dust type wood set in rosin and molded to give make fancy embellishments and fan-shaped embellishments on the two corners. I recall my newly married son in the 1980's buying new furniture for a bedroom and a dining room with much of the same appearance as this piece. I may be all wrong, but I would check it out.

I have a store, and I would certainly ask at least $150 for it. It's a very pretty dresser.

Shows you how little I know about the prices of old furniture!:p
It does look to be in good condition for it's age.:)

The Bing image search engine updates all the time as new photos are put on the Internet. I read a new post here today with a photo of an item, searched for it on Bing, clicked on it and was lead back to this Website as the source.....and it was only just posted.
