Vintage 35mm movie in tin container

    OK I have this movie reel in this container that is covered with a newspaper dated july 14th 1953. I have no idea what is on it and have no idea how I should handle it. I dimmed the lights super low before I peeked in it because I remember "negative film" is sensative to light? lol I know it is not blank, there is something filmed on it. My father had this out in his work shop. We always joked it was his porn movie. Is there an interest in this? How do I handle it? 35mm film movie 007.JPG

    Well, if it is unexposed film it is useless by now anyway so you might as well open it up and unroll a few yards and see what the images are.
    Since it is not nitrate stock it is quite safe. Shame because old nitrate stock burns marvellously well.
