I've been looking at ancient languages trying to match and it's exhausting.

It is exhausting looking up langauges. It is fun trying to figure out what it is thou.

There is indeed a Trimukha Ganapati on top. The silver top also features an embossed Thai/Cambodian/Laotian type dragon.
Looking at the type of script, it is also either from Thailand, Laos, or Cambodia. Given the western numbers (not English!!!) I would guess either Laos or Cambodia, which were both part of French Indochina (not English).
The number thing could be auspicious, or some type of ritual calendar?
That is all I can say, so I will tag our French Indochina friend, @kyratango , kyra, do you have any ideas?

Btw, I am Dutch, and we also use those numbers. So does the entire European and European influenced world. Most of that world has never been a British colony. It is the same with Latin script, btw.

My first look at it I thought it was southeast asia and more specifically india. Reminded me of a horse crop but in this instance it may be a cheru kol for riding an elephant. Just a guess on my part.
