Help with another Martini glass with encased color dots

Hello...
This Martini glass is 7.5" tall but the encased color dots (i call peacock) is odd. It seems to be done in 2 stages. Smooth outside, smooth inside but protrudes slightly smooth bubble. Have you ever seen this? It's not etched it's inside the clear glass.

I think the colored inclusions in the clear glass are called murrine. Using that keyword was how I found the link above, whether I'm correct about the word or not.
