    Welcome Katiem. It looks like a watch fob to me, for a pocket watch.
    The design on the back is not a mark, but rather a symbol connected to the owner. Membership of something or other? I think it is upside down, but I could be wrong.

    Hi it looks like a pendant it measures 3 cms long x 2 cms wide

    Thank you I have taken a photo of the back symbols from what I think is the correct angle do you have any more ideas as to what it could be thanks

    If you turn it sideways, the line with dots looks like a stylised crown. The people in the US know more about secret societies and the like.
