Been around a little while

    but I never posted in Introductions. I had a mentor who taught me a lot about general antiques but said I needed to specialize, so I picked books. That was back in 1999. I never really wanted to ascend up the really rare book staircase but I had sold some 16th Century books along the way. I got back into general antiques about 3 years ago now. Glad I did, it really opened up the business for me.

    Well since a computer "byte" can't be considered an antique, as it was coined in 1956, I was just checking what kind of byte were we talking here. 4 bits is a nybble or nibble, by the way.

    Yes, I thought it was a fun play on words like people trolling your precious antique question. Double entendre, lol.
