Featured Deco plastic beads?

30 inches long, not bakelite def plastic as the smaller black beads have a seam.
I’m having thoughts about it being deco because of the bead style and necklace length and also can’t decide if they are likely U.K. made. Charity shop buy for a £1. Any thoughts please anyone? thanks.

 

You sure they're plastic? The fancy ones are copying Neiger.

 

Yes plastic When I saw them in the shop I grabbed them as I thought Neiger and I hoped the brothers may have used plastic at some time instead of glass but I haven’t found anything online in plastic by them, it’s all been glass.

 

I thought I may have seen something similar on here before but wasn’t sure and……. I’ve just found the same necklace from last year July 5th 2020 Black Bead necklace @KSW, did you find out any more info? I can’t photo the page as it won’t give me an extension.

Also there’s a possibility that @BoudiccaJones had another strand but the pics have gone. Looks as if they may be U.K. beads as 3 of us have found the same necklace!

 

Yes, I had some, nice beads. After some research I decided that they were a knock off of earlier glass beads. Very Neigeresque but some sort of plastic. I sold them on eBay in a vintage lot.

 

I DO have some like that ... somewhere. They are stashed in the Hoarditorium. IIRC mine were glass but they may have also been plastic like K's xxx

I also have these beads but in burgundy & gold! Mine came in a bag of mixed jewellery from a charity shop.
