    No I don't think so. the wallet was made in Texas by "TEXAN SADDLE CRAFT'' I believe my dad carried it in ww2 when he was stationed in India. He was in the Army Air Corp, so I thought the symbol was connected with the A.R.C. because of the eagle. Thanks
