    Geez,how big is that fireplace ?!? You dont give measurements but it looks pretty large. Is it sitting on feet ? It does look like maybe it was a door surround for some giant victorian building,but thats a guess . Can you include some pics of the bottom and back ?

    Its relatively thin but its about 7 foot wide and 3 foot tall. I am still trying to upload a few more images but it keeps saying that they are to large to upload.

    makes sense. could be of an old Hispanic church or presbytery or such.

    I added a few more pictures, there are what looks like fittings on the bottom that look liked they attached to something as well as a ridge on the top that looks like it was placed to align with a top portion as well. Peaked our interest as the seller wasn't able to elaborate on its origins.

    That could very well be the top of a buffet or the like. Its gorgeous.

    That's what we where thinking too, unfortunately it doesn't have any type of makers mark or any dead give away.
