Not sure where she got it or how long she had it. I always just thought it was a cute little table. It doesn't fit my decor scheme so wanting to sell it but need to know more about it and it's value. It says 1921 on the underneath side. There is a glass type frame like tray that sits on it not sure if that is actually part of the table or my mom just added that?

1921 could well be the model number not the table's age. Would you be kind enough to post a photograph of the mark?

My thoughts: table & tray came together originally, probably from the 70's when tole painting was quite popular.

So do you all think this is from the 70's then? If I were to sell it what would a fair price be for this?

My first thoughts, too, were a 1970s piece of low/medium quality.
I'd be lucky to get $25-$50 in my area... if I could find a buyer.
    I like it, though!

Maybe a bit earlier, 40s-50s but not 100 years old. Likely from the Philippines. Value really depends on market. Under $50.00 here in the Midwest. Probably a bit more in large urban areas.
