Help In Identification

    These were in a large lot of glassware I got for a dollar at the end of an estate sale. Thought Fostoria, but can't find in any of my books. They are a little over 4 inches tall, and about 3 1/4 in diameter. Most of the pictures are looking down into the glass as it is the easiest way to see the pattern.     Morgantown #7646 stem with 'Picardy' etch. chataboutdg calls the stem Sophisticate, and "R" calls it Picardy-Richelieu. shape looks to be a liquor cocktail
