    80s Wacky is more like it, although the brooch itself looks a lot later. JJ and some others made some kooky things in the late 80s.

    That was my first thought too.

    For real joolies, "unique" generally means "we only found one at the rummage/tag sale." I never put it in a title because it's become space filler. The word "rare" has also lost its meaning in auction titles.
