    That auction company doesn't appear to have much of a track record and their website is pretty spartan and aspirational with no proprietor name, auctioneer bio, or any credentials. Do they offer an in person preview for the items before the sale? I'd have to see the items in hand before I bid at such an operation. Their location is probably a broom cupboard in that building. On Google Streetview I don't see any signage indicating that they are a tenant.
