Picked this up today just because its odd, found two sets of marks one on the connector by the clasp and one on the hanger of the pendant. The reverse mark on the one by the clasp appears to be 900 and chain tests positive for silver. The pendant does not test for silver. Chain and pendant go together by marks and wondering who made it?

The stones look like chalcedony bullets.

I'd have jumped all over that too. Chalcedony is one of my favorites.

The symbol marks look like an anvil & a crown to me.

Looks like you found it, Bronwen. Well done! :)

@coreya Great piece-- love it. These 1970s modernist pieces are sought after. Should have good resale.

Once again, just followed up on the knowledge of others. If Bakersgma had not recognized the marks as Finnish, I wouldn't have found anything.

That would be the Turku town mark and the year mark.

There are definitely some significant differences between the 2 marks, but the anvils & crowns are made the same way.

Oh, I see. How do these get attributions to a particular maker, I wonder. Only because I’m finding many.

    Turku hallmark:

The other mark is the date mark. I can see an L, but there should be a number after L. Is it a 7? In that case it is 1964, just like the one Hunting posted
