Fish Vase with Fish Tale Handles

    Hi all, I've got a pretty fish vase here I picked up at the estate sale. It's got handles that are the fish tail (see pictures attached) and got beautiful blue coloring, but I can't find it anywhere on the internet. The bottom has a swirl pattern on it and some lettering above that I can't make out (see picture attached). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Looks like artisan potter, that's their signature on the bottom (Elly?). It can be very hard to ID artisan pieces.
