Featured ID’ing Sterling Necklace

Can this necklace be ID’ed by its markings?
Sterling Mexico with a TC in middle, and a #2 eagle(Bell) mark?
I see this is post 1946 put this list (click on link)does not have a TC, for a number 2 stamp.

Mexican marks are difficult. Hougart lists 3 TC marks, one for Taxco, one for DF (region of Mexico City), and yours, without any info.
All I can say is it was made before the 80s. And it is beautiful.

The eagle is an eagle, by the way, even though it looks like a bell sometimes.

I have a habit of highly over pricing certain items till I get 5 or more watchers(never in a hurry), than ebay allows me to send all watchers a special deal(often hundreds off). Usually have a buyer next morning. Sold the Komai jewelry box that way and got top dollar.

If she makes an honest fair offer we more than likely would take it. You can private message it to me. Note: Lillei will have to agree too, but dont forsee that a problem.

I guess what I'm asking is does your strategy work even on high priced items where you had Best Offer but nobody made an offer?

Thinking out loud here, I suppose it might since some people don't like to make an offer but maybe would jump at the chance once an item's on sale?

I've been accumulating watchers on some items I intentionally priced on the high side, but haven't gotten offers. So maybe I should just mark them down...
