Featured "Jewish Wedding" Print? Etching? Litho? Help w/Signature please

This is another piece of art I found a few days ago at a thrift store - I got 3 in all for a single price ($100) & they'd all just came in on a truck and hadn't been put on the floor yet.
I can't even guess at the signature on this one (last name is maybe Fulmar?) - can someone please tell me who the artist was, and is it a print, etching or litho?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
PS - the Chagall looking one I asked for help w/signature in another post was the 2nd piece I found with this one and the 3rd was 1 I knew (because it had a sticker/info on back!) it was by Guillermo Silva Santamaria (last photo is of it)

Just love this one!

 

Mines worse than yours Journey, so cluttered I can’t show it. There’s Dads old stuff, brothers stuff, my own of course plus bags of cement, plaster, waxes, wire all for sculpture, old castings, Oil paints, watercolours, acrylics printmaking gear.
Much worse because of Covid and auction house and car boots have been shut. Hopefully I’ll do my first car boot this Saturday, weather permitting.

 

Mine looks as good as it does because girlfriend tries to arrange it - that was living room & 1 bedroom - BUT(!) my favorite is a bedroom now called The Toy Room! lol
PS - my problem is I am still going to the thrift store Monday - Friday; it's an addiction that fortunately (or unfortunately) does pay off sometimes!

 

When you buy storage units here there are always paintings & bicycles in them - this is my bicycle room!

 

The old lady with a beard journey, have we ever seen that one ? Looks quite interesting(I know it probably is a man, just making a funny)

Love all the Monopoly games are together! It all looks in pretty good order to me, and you do often find interesting bargains.

 

Dang that's a pile. I mostly just hoard jewelry; it fits in a much smaller space. I can't get away with hauling in the bigger stuff.
