    Hi guys!
I found this platter at the thrift store for $2.00.
I was pretty sure it was old, having seen feather edge ware in my pottery reference books.
I've seen it referred to as Leeds ware. It could date about 1820.
    It measures 12x14" (32x38mm)
    But who is the maker?
The little flower mark on the back looks like it might be 'Adams', but I'm not sure at all. I hope one of our super smart forum members can help me out here! It’s definitely old early 19th c pearlware. Hard to say which factory.

I stared at this, then WENT ON HOLIDAY!!!!

Ahem. It's familiar, but I'm not sure who did that mark.

I’m curious if this too would be considered pearl ware? No markings on back. Full disclosure I don’t own it, just saw it in antique store, liked it, and thought of this thread.

They are asking $46 so not the bargain Stracci found : -) They marked it as iron stone.

I know this isn't what you asked but in a general way the edge treatment can indicate a date range.

These are from McAllister's book Feather Edge Ware.
