Japanese mini ewer/pitcher/whatsit - but what does the mark say?

From the colors and the way it's done I'm thinking it's circa 1900. The gold is painted on by hand and it's only about 5 inches tall. But the mark is all in Japanese. I had to buy it, my late Grandma's ghost who loved gilded Japanese ceramics was screaming in my ear, but what is it? Got two hail-marys of the mark through my loupe.

'Made by Harumitsu' - you are correct, Japanese circa 1900. Nice piece.

Edit: checking into it a bit further I also found this on a Japanese forum.

"Signature, Shunko-sei, not Harumitsu-sei,although the same characters. Kato Shunko kiln from Seto supplyed Morimura-gumi(exporter) blank porcelain"

Although there doesn't seem to be agreement on it - so either one or the other. Morimura was the parent company of Noritake, others also saying Harumitsu supplied Morimura.

Thanks. I understand a few words of spoken Japanese but can't read any at all. I think I paid under US$5 for it so it. Now I know why Grandma would have loved it in spades- she loved Morimura Brothers-era Noritake.
