    That was my initial thought, but it looks a bit too crystalline I think....
    And no sparkles in jade.

    I was thinking it could have been treated, and this can cause damages in the structure of the stone, appearing as "sparkles":pompous:

    I went round a cameo factory in Naples a couple of years back. Nothing very romantic about what happens to excess shell. Fertiliser!

    Wow, that kinda resembles it as well. Hmm I listed it as Aventurine, should I also mention it could be red jade? (Just back from vacation, UGH) I'll need to look more into this now too TY everyone!!
