    I want to know what the symbol in the middle symbolizes.

    Does anyone know anything about it?

    Any info would be greatly appreciated!

    Welcome Per Jensen - I believe this to be a new Chinese piece. The coat of arms may not signify anything in particular. The Chinese simply try to create decorations that they believe would appeal to Western tastes.
