Does anyone know more about this, looks like a portrait with the signature of maybe the artist or subject. Maybe just something commissioned by a family? Looks a bit art deco style to me $_57 - 2021-05-27T171837.079.jpg $_57 - 2021-05-27T171910.038.jpg $_57 - 2021-05-27T171858.899.jpg $_57 - 2021-05-27T171845.425.jpg $_57 - 2021-05-27T171823.704.jpg

By the way the white spaces are laid out, I would say it is a woodcut.

I'd think it was an illustration of a generic devil-may-care young serviceman. Something along the lines of an earlier Gibson Girl in America.

He has what looks like Ordinance insignia on his collar, but otherwise I agree.
