Bracelet? Vintage?

This bracelet is interesting with stones and and other items attached to it. Does anyone recognize what this is or which country it comes from?

    Those appear to be fantasy coins. I suspect 1960s when charm bracelets were particularly popular. Or a bit later into the hippie dippie era.

    They made pre-assembled charm bracelets just for fun or pretty back in the 50s and 60s. This may be one of those, but I've never seen those charms before.
