Delft Flower Arrangement ring.

    At least i think that is what this is. It is 6 1/2" diameter.
    Hope someone can tell me the maker and approximate age

    I’m assuming those numbers are a date.

    It seems unlikely they would put a date that is just day and month. Though I guess it’s possible.

    As far as the style being consistent with 1925 I’ll leave that to the more knowledgeable people here. : -)

    I don't know the mark, and can't find it either, so we'll have to wait for s-i-s.
    Those flower rings were very popular here in the late 70s, but I don't know if that is relevant.

    I don't know and it isn't shown in the best book I have on modern Delftware.

    I don't know if R.A. has a meaning such as a postal code etc in the Netherlands. What I did find are a few pieces that say Delfts RA that also have the P over S mark. That is often on Plateelbakkerij Schoonhoven pieces and they do use a crown however that particular "salt shaker looking" mark isn't shown. They have made all sorts of products from rather nice to souvenirs so possibly it's theirs.

    It is not a postal code, and I can't think of any other meaning it could have, except for the initials of DH.:happy: I don't think it is a tribute to him though.:joyful:
