Featured charming rolled victorian watercolours

hey folks

found this lovely victorian watercolour today. there are about 4 of them all rolled together, same artist, will probably buy the others as well (£4 each, because of condition)

dont think ill get any info on the artist just thought id share, and see what you thought

any thoughts appreciated

Charming is the word. Done by an amateur but one with a very good color sense.

Looks like the paper may have been cut down just beneath the James name. I love the colors!

yeah, should have bought the others really, be interesting to see it framed

 

nice colors and subject matter...but the paper has been trimmed....and the rest is coming apart at the seams.........if the others were like this....better you didn't by them.............

 

yeah, i think thats what put me off buying the others mate, i still think £4 each i can live with though !!

I'd still buy the others. Don't know if you'd get your money out of them, but I'd still buy them (unless they're dreadful).

 

hi jivvy, yeah i might just buy the rowing one, that was the only other one i liked, that way keep the cost down

 

i think this was the only other one, the other 3 were by another artist, and totally different
