painting with no name except on side of a building; is this the artist?

    I found this palette style painting at a thrift store today; it doesn't have a signature in either corner, but there is a name on the side of a building - is this the artist?
    Can anyone make out the name?

    Isn't that a sig. Bottom left center. Looks like Haley?

    What does it say on tall white building in distance? Maybe writing on yellow to right of that also?

    That's Sacré Coeur in background so Montmartre street scene.

    Funny how close but sooo far. If you look at the one that is in question I see odd placed faces all over it. Maybe it’s just late or the rum!

    Factory painting from overseas or perhaps by a French artist plying to the tourist trade. Quantity over quality...
