    Premier Designs without a doubt; this would have come on a cord of some sort.
    It's a slide pendant rather than a pin.

    It might be a pendant, meant to have a chain or cord attached to each of the loops?

    It had a cord passed through both loops. I've seen lots of similar pendants.
