Featured Puzzle cursive letters in a plaque... Help needed to decipher!

    I have no idea of the use of it, it doesn't seem to have been mounted.
    Tacs wouldn't have been placed in the decor IMHO, maybe just squiggles not as arty as the others:joyful:
    This is a... Puzzling piece!:facepalm:

    You could go on endlessly finding letters in the bramble. Here is HAR though I can see others.
