Help needed... is this a Meissen bisque figurine ?

    One of a pair (I also have the Shepard) given to me 30ish years ago by my grandmother, would like to know if it is worth getting the pair restored. I have fully exhausted all my resources in trying to identify the maker, I hope someone can help. The base has two marks - I need to upload another photo.

    Not Meissen. I couldn't find this on the big porcelain reference sites, but I only looked briefly. This source points to Triebner in Volkstedt:

    So Thuringia rather than Saxony, which is close.

    Plenty of Triebner figurines on eBay and elsewhere, so you should be able to find something similar to help with pricing.
