Featured Some napkin rings

    Story is my grandma bought these back in the 30's. No idea what they're made of, have to google "plastic" to see when that started. To me, they feel like plastic.

    Can't think of the word! Bracelets were made of it in the 30's...... Aaaagh!

    I remember those. My grandmother had them for us kids when we came to stay.:) Later we were allowed to use the silver ones.

    A form of Bakelite, has another name.
    Can't think of it right now. Starts with a "C" (I think)

    Oh and these used to bring 65 - 85 each. Don't know what they bring on today's market. It's probably about half.

    Thirded on the Catalin. Technically it's not bakelite, but close enough. I have at least one kicking around somewhere. My mom remembers using them as a child; they were new when she got hers!
