Sorry i didn't include the TEXT still learning the forum.

On the bottom of the box it reads

"Production by Trevu Italiana - Cernuso S/N (MI) MADE IN ITALY
AUTHORIZATION ALLOWED 1979 - TREVU ITALIANA (ITALY)"

I can't find an image of this product ANYWHERE on the internet but it seems to be an officially licensed product and not from china.

Hi and WELCOME to ANTIQUERS, @adamdarlington!!! I believe for anyone to help you, you will have to post images MUCH larger.....your images can be up to but no larger than 1 MB each, but around 600 x 800 can be a good size......load them ALL, then tap the very Top Image that says "Post all images full size"!!

As manufacturer was located just outside of Milan, might well have been an item produced for Fiorucci. Timing's about right. They opened first UK store in 1975. Hard to tell from your photographs but... Given rough condition, can't imagine it has any value at all.

normally , when searching does not reveal any match , it's usually because the item in question is not worth anyone's time or effort to post photo's of it. !

    If it's worth something...and highly collectable......it's findable...;)

What does the "JHS" on the interior signify?

Are you sure its a lunch box?
It looks more like an instrument box to me, aluminium for protection.

I was also wondering about the coloured stains on the inside. Maybe used for paint, artist supplies?

Perhaps a small musical instrument with foam inserts to keep it rigid, like camera and lens cases.

Could be. The lining of the foam could have left stains. I can imagine someone would want a case that suited their taste, like a James Dean case.

Maybe microphones? When I still sang I had my own Sennheiser mike which was best to transmit the sound of my voice, other mikes work better for others. Some singers have several mikes. Mine came with a small fitted case. Plain black, blue foam, no James Dean.;)

See a lot of these licensed Hollywood icon products produced in the 70s and beyond. They are fashion accessories. Not a lot of interest in them since the stars they often portray have been dead for decades and the primary interest lies in items produced in their lifetimes. Could have some collectible interest but doubt it is worth too much. I would bet there are a lot more of these out there. Just not of sufficient interest to create much of an internet presence. The asking price of 75 Euros for the one seems ambitious to me.

Around here, in that condition, you'd be lucky to get US$5 for it. Someone used that as a paint box. I actually do have a metal lunch box here, but it's recent - Dr Who. (LOL) It's currently full of beads rather than sandwiches.

I have items of clothing in the new DR WHO ;) anundverkaufen OMG you found one i spent hours literally looking, THANKS and yeah i am guessing its worth £5 so i have broken even on it, its actually thick card-board type material or seems it i guess if it was not coloured in paint then maybe it would be worth £25-£30

There are a couple of things that would probably effect the value:
It’s relatively recent, so the hardcore Dean collectors would likely already have one.
The other market would be kitsch enthusiasts and they wouldn’t pay much.
    A fiver sounds about right.
