Your figures could well be genuine but we can't see much. Better photos would help a lot. Make sure you include any and all numbers.

Unfortunately, these marks are the only thing on the figures

Meissen is still in business. You can find them on the net and send your photo to them for verification.

It would still be helpful to have pictures showing the complete base of each figure, as well as decent pictures of the pieces themselves against a plain white background. It would also help to know how tall they are and what you already know about their history (recently acquired or in the family for generations?).

There are several sites where you can research Meissen marks but you'll probably find someone here can point you in the right direction if you give us a little more to go on.

EDIT: I'll include your pictures here so people can see them more easily. Next time, you can include them by selecting "Insert every image as a... Full Image".

If genuine, that Mark was used by the Meissen States Porcelain Manufactory between 1924-1934. That would be the earliest production date for your piece.

VB mark is on one of them (woman), Meissen mark is on both

I'm away from my books and doing this off the top of my head but I'm pretty sure that's because there were many subcontractors doing work for Meissen. So maybe one was done in-house and the other was not. That would explain the two stamps.
