Featured Hi..looking for your help on a Golf spoon

    My mind doesn't seem to work very well on deciphering monograms :(
    Would you please have a look and see what you think..and if you recognize the letters are there any golfers who would know which club it is from.
    Was purchased in Canada just north of Toronto if that helps.

    Looks like PV GC to me, if that helps the golfers. Interesting combination of marks. The design was registered in 1911, but this spoon was made in 1934-5. So the club was at least still open that long.

    Far reach ... but could it be Palos Verde in CA?

    Palos Verdes Golf Club has a white shield with green lettering that says 1924. It was opened in 1923

    The fact that it's shaped like a golf club and has golfballs does seem to indicate it's a club spoon. I agree on PV GC. I'd be looking at a British club.

    There is a Vivary Park Golf Club England 1928 but I think a long shot :)
