Dollhouse teacup?

I would guess it was for a dollhouse maybe? Looks like a teacup. Seems to be lead or pewter. I found a 1730’s Spanish Reale in this place so it could be from any time period. Looks Victorian to me though. Thought it was kind of neat even though it’s damaged. Also wondering if anyone can ID the other object. My first thought was stove handle when I was pulling it out but I don’t think it would work for that. Thought maybe a multi musket ball press but not sure those even exist. I’m sure someone here will know.
