1920's? 1930's? Taxco Tie Bar

I am guesstimating the date of this tie bar from the items found with it (and matching cuff links) in a gentleman's box (do you call it a jewelry box, too?) of cuff links, tie bars, pocket watch chains(?), etc. I don't know what I am going to do with this, but am curious about its history. With apologies for not having polished it, I can see "Sterling; 925," "Taxco," "En Mexico" (from Mexico? Made in Mexico?) and "Westeros"(I think). Can you identify the stone, the symbols, and what the other words are in the circle of letters where Taxco is.
    Thank you!

Well, as always happens, I found an answer to one of my questions. The words in a circle say (in addition to Taxco) Los Ballesteros, according to this web page. But what is the symbol to the left of "En Mexico"?

It may be a mistamping of "Hecho en México."

Los Ballesteros looks right. Post-1937 mark.

Thank you very much and, yes, I found that right after I posted my question. You are correct, of course.

I had that same thought, but it looks so much like a symbol, doesn't it?

Yes, it does. A bit of a mess really. But makes more sense in all caps as it is: HECHO.

That’s a wonderful old piece. Definitely 40s. For starters, silversmithing for tourism didn’t start in Taxco until the 30s with William Spratling. Taxco mined silver but they didn’t smith it prior to his arrival from Kansas City.
