Barreda El Interminable Verano 23/180 or 23/780 print of a known artist

    The print is approximately 24 in x 36 under glass and framed. Does anyone have any numbers on this artist when I Googled the print I got several prints but did not get any prices? All help would be appreciated on this item. Were there 780 of these made or 180?

    To me it looks like yours is numbered 23 of 780. ;)

    I vote for 23/180. Looks like a 'European' 1 to me & 780 would be an awfully big run.

    Ernesto Barreda Fabres
    (chilenisch, geb. 1927) he is well known at artnet for his oil on canvas painting. I wonder what they sale for?

    I thought it looked like the work of someone with architectural training, and it is, he is both architect and painter. I like it, his other work as well. It all has that slightly surreal feeling that is so typical for a lot of South American art, literature as well.
